The task: Find each person's age in full years, as on 1 October 2026.

1 Watch how it is done

  1. Step 1: Full years between two dates

    =DATEDIF(B4,$E$4,"y")

    • Click C4.
    • Type =DATEDIF(B4,$E$4,"y") and press Enter.
    • "y" means full years. Use TODAY() instead of $E$4 for today's age.
    • Drag the fill handle down.
