How to use it
- Choose your PDF (up to 10 at once).
- Set the page range if you only need some pages. Tick Read scanned pages if the PDF is a scan.
- Press Run and download your Excel file.
Works best on PDFs that were created by a computer — bank statements, price lists, invoices, reports. Each table becomes its own sheet, or tick Put all tables on one sheet to stack them.

Questions
Can it convert a bank statement PDF to Excel?
Yes. Statements with ruled tables come through row by row with dates, amounts and balances in their own columns. Check the totals in the confidence report.
Is my PDF safe?
Your file is processed on our server and deleted within an hour. It is never shared or used for anything else.
