Invoice to Excel: Extract Invoice Data into a Spreadsheet
Vendor, number, date, GSTIN, tax, total and line items from every invoice — totals checked, never guessed. Free — no sign-up.
Free tools powered by Toolsitz — more free tools for files, PDFs and images.
How to use it
- Choose your invoices — PDFs or photos, up to 10 at once.
- Pick the language on the invoice and the scan quality for photos.
- Press Run. You get one row per invoice and a sheet of line items.
We read vendor, invoice number, date, GSTIN, subtotal, tax and total, and check the arithmetic. Anything that does not add up is flagged, never corrected or guessed.
What you get
- XLSX with an Invoices sheet and a Line items sheet
- CSV of the invoice summary
Good to know
- We read what is printed – if a scan is unreadable we say so rather than guessing
- Line items need columns that line up; free-form descriptions may come through as a total only
- Reconciliation flags a mismatch, it does not correct the invoice
- Up to 20 MB per file, 10 files at a time.
- Files are deleted from our server within an hour.
