Clean Messy Names: Excel Lab

The task: Names came in with extra spaces and MIXED case. Make them clean: one space, first letter capital.
1 Watch how it is done
Step 1: TRIM the spaces, PROPER the case
=PROPER(TRIM(A4))- Click B4.
- Type =PROPER(TRIM(A4)) and press Enter.
- TRIM removes extra spaces. PROPER makes the first letter of each word capital.
- Drag the fill handle down.
