The file has two sheets: a blank one for your own data, and this filled Example so you can see how it works.
What is inside
- Balance for every invoice (Invoice Amount − Received)
- Status shows Paid, Part Paid or Pending
- Totals on top: invoiced, received, balance due
- Ready for 100 invoices
How to use it
- Add one row for each invoice you send.
- Type the amount whenever a customer pays.
- Read the Status column to know whom to call.
- Check Balance Due on top for the total pending money.
